Eligibility: Students must: (1) be active members of the Presbyterian Church (USA); (2) be citizens or permanent residents of the US; (3) be enrolled on a full-time; (4) give evidence of needing financial help; (5) give satisfactory evidence of financial responsibility; (6) be working towards a degree at an accredited college or university; (7) have established and maintained a satisfactory academic record.
